1. Right to return purchased goods

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you may exercise your right to return purchased products at your own expense, without any penalties and without having to state a specific reason. You only need to inform us by email sale@carebearbg.com within 30 days from the date you received the product.

The products you wish to return must be sent back within 30 days from the date you informed us of your decision, to the following address: Bulgaria, city of Stara Zagora, Kapitan Petko Voivoda, 24.

If you have met all the requirements listed below, we will fully refund the amount of the returned products:

1.1 The products must be unopened and in their original packaging

1.2 They must not show signs of use, damage or staining

1.3 Include the original invoice with which you received the products or your order number

The costs of returning the products are at your expense.

You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not meet the conditions specified in points 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 of the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose to have the products delivered back to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for them.

Please note that all duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products (if any) are non-refundable.

2. Complaints

2.1 A complaint for a damaged shipment is made:

  • at the time of receipt of the shipment and in the presence of a courier, as this is noted with a note on the waybill and with a completed on-site report in duplicate, signed by the recipient and the courier.

or

  • within 3 business days of receipt of the shipment by email to sale@carebearbg.com, with the order number being mandatory and photos of the product/products being provided.

2.2 Although we provide a 100% guarantee for our products* and the establishment of the actual benefit from their use is individual, we assume that there may be customers dissatisfied with their effectiveness. In this case, please contact us to assess how we can help you. If there is a valid reason for a complaint, it can be filed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Please note that increased sensitivity or allergic reaction to the delivered goods cannot in itself be considered a defect in the goods. Similarly, defects in gifts and other free items that we provide in addition to your order are not considered a defect.

If when purchasing the product you want to return, it was accompanied by free item(s), you must also return them in their respective form (complete and unused, in their original unopened packaging)

3. Refunds

The refund procedure for returned products is initiated within 14 business days from the date we received them.

The deadline for refunding the amount you paid for the purchase of the returned products depends on the form of payment you used:

  • Cash on delivery: all amounts paid upon delivery or on site are refunded only by bank transfer to your personal account
  • Credit/debit card purchase: all amounts are refunded to the same account (card) from which the payment was made. The refund time will also depend on the policy of the card issuing company.
